After years of outdated and fragmented brand resources, designers were reluctant to trust Ethos. To showcase how this new design system would bring brand unity across our product platforms as well as streamline workflows, we prioritized collaboration with feature teams and offered support via our Teams channel.

My key role

Meeting 1-on-1 with designers to address specific adaptation complications with components, participating in larger review sessions with project teams to provide feedback, and responding to support requests made on our Teams channel.
