After accessing the needs of current projects across the enterprise, we identified 30 base components that were essential for TIAA’s key experiences. From there, we established a process for building an intuitive, scalable, and accessible component library that could be used across all touch points.

We also created 4 color palettes which were implemented across our entire component library. For each of these palettes, WCAG 2.1 color-contrast tested tokens were established.
